we would certainly expect some news on the insurance issue sometime reasonably soon. my general thoughts though are that no news is good news if you want to accumulate. i don't expect much more until we get the next stage of the BFS and that may not be until mid 2006. that suits me fine! from there it should heat up for a more extended period as they move through financing into plant construction then settle until they get production up and running. that will be very exciting for anyone who has been around this one for a while!!
