I have not participated in this type of CR before. Does this mean people can buy up to a certain date (in the future), so they can increase their holding and thus qualify for a larger amount of shares or is it restricted to a date before the tading halt was announced. If date is in the future and there is a healthy appetite for ZDTE shares then this could see a rise in SP. I hope it is the latter.
