Today's front page of the major daily newspaper sold throughout the seat of Indi [Border Mail] featured a photo of a supporter of Cathy McGowan standing in front of a campaign sign torn down over the weekend.
"... SUPPORTERS of independent Indi candidate Cathy McGowan say they were “shocked” and “disturbed” to find campaign posters on their lawns slashed and torn down. Police are investigating after about 20 posters were destroyed across Wangaratta at the weekend. ..."
Such behaviour smells of orchestrated passion-filled vindictive reaction to the wave of support for Cathy McGowan; begging the question as to who has the most to lose in Indi?
