    Nobody in there right mind will sell at .002.... volume was ridiculously low at that price...

    QPN may well be a a bargain at .000 if this nonsense keeps up... No Drill, No Announcement, where did the 1 Million dollars go this quarter...

    Something is only a bargain if there is worth behind the product.. so far I see none...

    Everyone is just holding to stop having to sell at massive losses..

    If it is such a bargain now why don't you stock up at .003?
