Yes fully aware of this in relation to not meeting the TOL deadline. Are you suggesting that it changes the Jan 19th date for the original agreement?
I read it that the interest rate was increased due to not meeting the TOL date?
It specifically states in relation to year ending June 2012.
We will find out in the next couple of months.
