Lots of guesses everywhere at the moment. Japan Govt now in so should be a lot more sensible in both speed and also using best practice teams from around the world.
A lot of the info fed to the media has been coming out of South Korea anti-nuke lobby, so as always do the logic test.
As an example, Tokyo outskirts to Fukushima is 300km apart and over 400km to the SW outskirts. Contaminating Tokyo would be one huge event. Sounds impressive in a media release.
