thanks 3500 for your thoughts about this one.. interestingly I waited for a kick start from $1.20 level back towards $1.40 until it crossed and held above $1.40 level before taking a position so as it goes ex-div on 02/10 see a good chance of upside plus divvy bonus (directors bought parcels as well during past month or so - which is always a positive)
