Hi Blackstone...I've been deep in this company for a long time, like Leng and have maintained my positive outlook. Recently very basic and minimal shareholder reporting has had me a little concerned about what's happening with the company and it's future.

Do you have a basic breakdown of an 85c/share offering and how this kind of value could arise as being realistic by a T/O party?

I'm not asking you to justify your comment at all, but mainly interested in how this comes together mathematically.
