You state in your opinion lyc he don't want to have a cr so close to an AGM because they will be spitroasted???!!
Guess what they don't ever want to have a cr and will only have one if required. AGM will have zero bearing on it, they need money or they don't. You think they possibly need it now but have decided to risk the whole project going bust just to not have it before the AGM??
