Yes You are correct in most cases it would have fallen below the offer so it is very confusing.

As I say lets hope those who state it will be three times its current sp.

But maybe today it will fall with the price of gold back on a downward trend.

So to those who take up the offer I thank you at least one knows that by taking up the offer it puts money in the company's coffers and for each share taken up it means one less share to the underwriters.

So I will take up mine also just in the hope the underwriters get no more shares and for at least awhile hold off on a take over bid
