Makxy. Cantor downgraded UNS on the same day. Why downgrade a stock which is clearly going up? It's absurd.

I would love to know what UNS knows about this considering Cantor provides financing to UNS. The move by Cantor therefore seems especially absurd.

Either some shorter has conveniently benefited and covered big time. Or somebody has benefited from increasing their holding.

This whole thing smells really badly and will even more so if a major contract is announced next week.
