Staples the decision while made by the JV will be heavily influenced by Eni as operator. There is a very good reason Eni was the most succesful oil explorer in the world in 2012 (and seems to be going very well in 2013). Balancing target size and success probability is no doubt why Eni have had such a good success rate.
