But I still refute your proof - an article from May 2012 - and I certainly don't agree with your statement:

The Court Of Appeals decision to strike down the judgement against AVQ in October 2012. That's a big change. Sumitomo's decision to sue the government - that's a huge change.

We can all go through the archives of the Solomon Star and cherry pick articles that support our views. There several stories on there which are highly critical of both companies. But, in the end, you form your own view and invest accordingly.

And yes, there are rampers and then there are people who run AVQ down. I don't think the day-traders are on board yet but they will be closer to the the trial. I'm certainly not a ramper - if anything, my views on where the share-price will go are massively conservative compared to others on here. Even if we win the trial I don't see AVQ going much higher than 5c until we get a jv partner - many people strongly disagree with me and that's fine. We all have our own opinions.

We can disagree with each and still be respectful of each others opinions. And, most of what I write will be just that - my opinion. You can take it with a pinch of salt and make your own judgement.
