DGR has not been a shareholder friendly company so far, they create businesses which when developped they want to sell. Once a business is old, only then we will find out how shareholder friendly they really are. Talking about CFE, I was in there when they bought back shares on the market and paid a special dividend to shareholders. I hope DGR will do something similar. Fingers crossed, I holding DGR for the long run, holding AJQ for trading.
