All great, but the wording about discussions moving to DD phase is not new. They have used exactly the same words as they have used I think twice before. Only new thing is the drilling result.
Good that management has released these results but they still need to get out of this DD and actually do a deal. IMO the SP won't sustainably go up until there is announcement of some real deal. It always goes up, then it comes down again. As Homer would say: "Price goes up, price comes down, Price goes up, price comes down...."!
