With the rise in pog one would have thought it would have cracked into 13 at the very least.Its tightly capped at 12-13c with a very obliging seller that keeps dropping those sell contracts at 12.5c.Someone appears to be getting set at 12.5c courtesy of that seller so there may well be a good reason for the capping.
