    Hi SP and all,

There have been some wonderful opportunities to pick up some of the Gold producers at knock down prices recently. I found one back around June they are narrow vein mining in Indonesia so a bit risky but I thought worth a punt.

I know there is a Gold strike going on at present in South Africa and it looks like we may see another type of strike shortly in Syria.

However; for my money the results below are exactly the kind of strike that warms the heart of this particular Gold bug! As I am a shareholder I won’t name the company because I believe ramping up or down is just not cricket!

Face sample results (apparent widths) across this three metre wide zone include:

    O? 1.1m @ 53.5 g/t Au

    O? 0.8m @ 31.0 g/t Au

    O? 0.7m @ 24.3 g/t Au

    O? 0.7m @ 21.9 g/t Au

Funny day here yesterday in sunny Yarm Yorkshire. I had the misfortune to splash bleach on my trusty submariner and it discoloured the blue bezel. So I decided to drive over to Harrogate to see my friendly horologist . Beautiful day for a drive with the top down on the old Jag.

One the way out of the house I was met at my door by a delivery of an internet purchase. It turns out I was meeting for the first time someone on one of these zero hour work contracts. This chap was driving his own family car (own fuel I suspect) and he told me that he gets a small payment for doing local deliveries some days 10-12 and other days none and hence no payment. He was a fit looking retired police dog handler, apparently they now kick them of the force after thirty years of loyal service.

Next thing to fill up the tank for the trip at my local Shell station, as I got out of the car a guy pounced on me and asked if he could fill the tank for me! Even asked if I wanted the oil checked well I say I nearly fell over. Here I was with an alive and kicking forecourt attendant with a polite and refreshing manner I thought they had been extinct for years. Whatever next!

And so it was wind in my thinning hair off to Harrogate a beautiful town with a real feeling of old fashioned civic pride. Splendid flowers on every roundabout and patch of soil:

Harrogate can be a dangerous place for me next to the Orvis fly fishing tackle shop is a wonderful delicatessen and down the street a purveyor of fine wines, twenty five quid for a half litre bottle of Malmsey, but something’s just have to be done!

Here’s a snippet of news for our resident wooden gold bear may enjoy. Credit where it’s due I can only applaud his staggering foresight. That he knew there was money in diapers and wipes goes well beyond brilliant and I doff my cap in respect!
