Mr. Timothy Philip Read, Tim B.A. Econ served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Adastra Minerals Inc., from January 1, 1999 to August 2006. He has been a Director of Denroy Resources Corp. since February 2007 and Nevoro Inc. since May 2007. He serves as a Director of Cumerio SA. He has been a Non-Executive Director at Metminco Limited since April 1, 2010. He served as a Director of Starfield Resources Inc. from October 8, 2009 to July 21, 2011.
