He has been great as a player and a coach. Did wonders for the club after being a fearsome and hard as nails talented player.
Whoever gets the coaching gig has a hard act to follow. Roos is the known talent lets hope the unknown talent is up to the job.
Good to see the club is aware the poor season is not just Worsfold responsibility.
"We're going to be working harder than anyone in this competition over September, as we've got a lot to do," Nisbett said.
"It would be nice sitting back basking in our season, but it's not one of those seasons.
"Our staff will need to be putting in the time and effort to make sure we rectify this for our members and supporters next year."
Nisbett said that the entire club was at fault for a failed season.
"Did our players get ahead of themselves, did we say the wrong things as to whether we should have been at least a finals contender and hopefully a top four," Nisbett said.
"You don't really know if that changes the mindset of players and staff.
"There are some factors we need to find out why things have turned out this way and why we had so many injuries and whether we could control those things."
Nisbett was blunt in dismissing bad luck as a factor in such a lengthy injury toll this season.
"I don't think it was bad luck," he said. "I think there are some things we made mistakes on and we need to rectify those errors in judgment and get it right."
