First spill,(including about a thimble full of chemicals)-may not have even been cyanide at all-company never saw the supposed fish! There was a spill, about enough tailings water to fill a Mini!

The DENR implied why did you report it in the first place-just a beat up by the local anti mining lobby .

Hence no ASX release. It simply was not material.

Second one was standard torrential downpour down the neighbouring creek. Not even a spill-but the company gets the blame!
