I just can't see the incentive for anyone to buy the stock at this point as long as there is the $1.6M Convertible Note overhanging with a 40% discount to market price. Until that is cleared I really just can't see anyone doing much about it.
2014 it is then ? where people can make decisions and entry based on some kind of "certainty" atleast as to fair value and entry to registar ? It's very hard for people to make any kind of investment decision with that kind of wash out overhanging.
