Yes it's something a number of us noticed and picked up on. IMO it's the only way the short positions could of dropped so rapidly. In mid August the shorts dropped to around 3.5% from 6.1%. On the 16th of August we were at 3.58% being roughly 10.5 million shares. 6 million shares covered at market in quick time? hmm I dont know about that one. I know the ASIC report is not 100% correct but surely they cant be that FAR OUT with their records. As of the last ASIC report on the 30th of August we are sitting at 3.9% and 11.5 million. It's creeping back up. Maybe when they got the option to cover and made their money they have decided to start shorting again? lol who knows.

Lets hope the seismic brings out some positive numbers. The shorts are slowly increasing again. Hopefully now that we are fully funded for some time they cant utilise any form of raisings to cover. Thats just my assumption on what happened. Could be totally wrong though. Conspiracy Theories :)
