I have said before and I will repeat, the govt. did not manage TLS.
Ziggy and co. did.
Ziggy took TLS to HK with PCCW and got burnt for a few billion $.
That article I posted was for a reason - if T3 is gone, by way of parking the 50% into the future fund (scary idea for the future, but I digress), whatever remaining support by the big end of town for T3 fees, will disappear immediately.
In that scenario, prepare for $3.70.
