The Libs spending $1.5b less than Labor will help the budget in crisis, and bring the budget back to surplus a full 45 minutes before Labor. Excellent.

Then again Hockey either has a number impediment or an honesty impediment, going by the numbers he is quoting.

Whichever one it is, it is of concern.
