The Black Swan sale wont be insignificant, I guess about a $2mil+, I think TSV still had 2k acres and if they get a similar price(from memory something like $1300 per acre) to last sale that would put it well over $2 mil.

Not bad given they probably paid less than $100 and are for the land.

CPO deal sees another $14mil coming in. So $16mil coming in over the next months or so.

Whats the market cap?

Still plenty of buyers at 0.004, if this was bad the insiders would have smacked it down already.

Thinking back to elections in 2007 and 2010 the markets got very hot after the election was over, these deals could time out very nicely for us.
