Would be nice if they came out with some estimates for unit holders. For example, the 30 June 2013 investor presentation shows yields for all investments which calculate to about 6.7% yield (my calculation DYOR) but this is pulled down by a number of zero yielding investments. Two of these are the AIMS St Kilda Rd fund and the Macarthur Cook office fund - surely AIMS could tell us the likely future distribution on these?

Perhaps P-REIT will also now start to distribute?
