When voting was allowed for women and indigenous Australians, we called them "votes" not "female votes" or "indigenous votes". Marriage is the same,we don't need another word for it if gays get married. Can't believe so many people are bothered about extending the right of marriage to homosexuals.

I know a few gay couples with kids and they are no better or worse parents than the heterosexual parents I know.

Gay marriage is inevitable. Progress comes one funeral at a time.
