This is a shabby deal that hands all of the upside to institutional investors. Where is the rights issue to existing investors?
I didn't buy this at 2.8c pre share consolidation so that I could get my money back 3 years later.
i am voting no and I encourage others to do the same until management come up with a more equitable deal.
