"or so"... could be interpreted as anything, a day, two days, another week - basically, it means: we're nearly finished, just adding last minute changes and final reviews, it'll be released imminently.

In response to your second question:-

I think if the PFS is positive, there is no reason for BTR to be re-rated on it's potential/likely future (if only a share of it). However, other mining stocks have risen above 500% (even recently) in the follow-up to positive PFS studies (and I believe none for a resource the potential size of Kitumba/Mumbwa).
