Agree .. in fact I reckon its likely the delay has been in receiving the report not BTR assessing it. Nevertheless it remains due any day.
On the rerating .. it depends very much on the report and also BTR's wording. If they toss in a few "world-class" descriptors of the deposit, grades and economics .. then we could see some action. But that could be a short-term spike. The real reratin IMHO is more likley once the mining licence is applied for and the DFS initiated, and particularly if further results extend the high grade resource.
