    I read the IKW thread - talk of XCD

    No mention of XCD's:

    $7m from Thebes (1 condition remaining?)

    i.e. Keaton pay $20m, get $8.5m in the bank!!!!!! plus xceeds project

    Finance agreement with Standard Bank

    Advanced offtake talks with Eskom

    Strip ratio of 2:1!!!!!! (I read 10:1 but can't remember if that was IKW or another company)

    Possibly both undervalued, but definitely low ball offer for full control of xcd
