Yep its worth 9c so Cliffs sold out to cheap - LOL CK are you serious yep closed just shy of 10c but look at the volume - any bids north of 10c and EIM will sell into ( IMO ) problem now is GNR 2 seats on the board and 20% holding - Weg diluted to maybe 17% but significant number 2 shareholder and 50% J/V partner - A tilt at takeover by a J/V -WEG - GNR bid subject to minimum 50% acceptance at say 15C only needs 13% acceptance then they punt the board and starve out the retail holdrs - Death by a thousand cuts.

Another Chinese hatchet job on the horizon here

Commiserations to the long term faithfull - Management have fought the good fight but the writing is on the wall now.

CK - sub 10c holders will still get a 50% earn - not to shabby but the 78c placement holders have done their shirt.
