    CatDog,

What I am a little concerned with at the moment, is the giving away (AT A PRICE OF COURSE), of another 20% of our Company to the Chinese, thus allowing them to have a good and proper stranglehold on us. If that was to proceed, the Chinese would end up in holding 40% of our company. And that, to me, doesn't look very healthy at all for any long term and suffering shareholders.

As Hooter calls it at times, they will be the ones in control of the puppet strings, and where there will only be two (2) chances of a profitable takeover which would benefit no end the LT and faithful investors.

Which are the two chances you might ask now.??

    1) Buckley's, and
    2) None.

Seeing in the past what that size holding did with other companies that share that same Chinese influence, doesn't offer me much of a reassurance.

I would have been a lot happier if we were to go to bed with someone else that would have to the power to put a stop to what the Chinese might have in plan for us, if it proves to be necessary at some stage or another.

After all, the runs are on the Board already about what they can and are capable of doing, when they want to.

Anyway it appears that they are now becoming more open towards their investors. I wonder if Tony had anything to do with it, now that he is on the Board. :-)

    Cheers
