The website legals were updated on the 3rd of this month giving tomorrow (ironical it should be 9/11) as the hearing date to see if the appeal against the open books judgement can go ahead.

Without J's sleuthing skills I can't see what time tomorrow in Adelaide.

Was disappointed to read on another forum that, in that writer's experience, these appeals are not usually granted.
