It may just be facilitating an out of court settlement due to the implications of the ASX disclosure rules and how it relates to all parties.

sisy I was thinking that even if we are not successful with our application to the High Court then the matter is finished. Sort of a good thing. Big decisions maybe made on this matter being finalised.
