As paps was alluding to, there seems to be something wrong with the numbers.

In reality, unis and SA could agree to the threshold of exclusivity being 500M units...even 1B units...it means nothing in the scheme of things. If they said that SA agreed to purchase a mini um of 150M units then again, that provides different guide eve.

@ 1B units for exclusivity that may hold as much water as saying 150M if SA have mo intention or motivation to buy that many. Likewise, of they want the protection, they can pay the bounty.

What if lovnox is superseded in three years?

We do not have nearly enough detail at the moment to make any solid decision on the Ann IMO. Maybe the conference call will give more information.

Also, only $5M by the end of the year seems very low given the protection we are giving them given the $40M they have dropped on us in the past..
