    As an AGS shareholder it would be great if our JVA was made void through a technicality.

    AGS is restricted in it's ability to access documents through the agent technicality.

    Wouldn't it be great if at this late stage the JVA was torn up due a technicality regarding the conflict between the agent technicality and a ASX disclosure technicality.

    I wonder if the lawyers have considered this?
