of course, in respect of confidentiality, ags would presumably have made a judgement that the cost of breaching the jv confidentiality would outweigh a breach of asx continuous disclosure.

possibly a breach by ags is cause for the jv agreement to be terminated ... not sure how you split that atom (sorry for the ordinary joke!!!)
