Have known about this one for quite some time but been biding my time till end of the Xinfa due diligence period before making a move.

Recently taken a position as the no news post the end of August I see as a positive - i.e continued negotiations.

Chinese coming in for $2M at 38c will certainly put a spark under the stock short term, but longer term worth much more given the associated offtake and JV funding that will come with it should they move ahead.

$500k exclusivity fee is nothing to sneeze at and is what gives me confidence this could come to fruition.

Next to no chatter in the market or boards leads me to believe most are not aware of this deal or are waiting for it to be signed, sealed and delivered after some past 'not so good' experiences with Chinese such as SDL.

Needless to say, if the deal does get done, my first target would be north of 38c.

A nice risk/reward play if you consider the asset, cash in bank and other potential JV partners outside of Xinfa.
