well the US has some dogy reporting of figures. then adjust them after teh market spotlight has shone elsewhere. ie jULY UNEMPLOYMENT,
so i guess there is a good chance that the chinese are up to the similar trick, although i do remember them saying they had clamped down in the first half of the year.
that was the precursor for teh 2 quarters of slack growth, now the new premiere is in and he wants to make it look rosy again.
fudged numbers are shown up though in chinese energy consumption and other indicators, has anyone seen any reports on that side of the chinese economy?
