Shadowboxer - I think you are shadowboxing with Janti - I have no idea about the split of the plant or anything else that makes up Rocklands but I do believe the entire project will be north of $300m ( excluding the port and rail ) and I believe today's announcement confirmed that many more millions of dollars are required.
I am quite confident that whatever the final cost is that the Chinese will foot the bill one way or another - O.W going to 20% is yet another warning bell for me that W.M and the Aussie directors are doing all the hard work and the penny pinching to get Rocklands operational at the lowest possible cost and timeline but then they will get the standard big end of town hatchet job done on them and the retail punters will be contemplating what might have been if the stupid Aussie government were as proactive at promoting our own miners and looking 20 /30 years down the road like our Chinese " Friends " do
