Very passionate defense re the wrongful dismissal issue.

Restating they could have paid the guy off for $150k but refused to have money extorted and want to show open and transparent governance.


Also said they ARE shipping units to a generic drug company - can't be disclosed apparently.


What differentiates us from our competitors is that we are hear to service our company. I don't believe that minimums will mean anything in the contracts because I won't bully anyone into taking product they won't use. We will find another way to make it work for both parties.


Talking again about Sanofi and the fact they are paying essentially $15m for exclusivity rights under that deal.
