Yeah I just read it as well but how do you come up with no announcement anytime soon? Our case has already been heard. We are not being delayed because there is no room to hear the case.
My view on the delay is based on the fact that the decision given needs to be watertight. I'm sure the judge is well aware of the wider implications that this decision may have which is why there is careful consideration being given to his Reserved Judgment. Law leans heavily towards precedence and this particular case sets a precedence in the industry.
