No, I am not perfect incidentally but I find older age has calmed me down a bit. I suggest you take a nice hot shower, go and sit in a warm greenhouse, sip a glass of wine and be grateful that:- 1. You are alive 2. You live in the best country in the world 3. You live in a democracy 4. You have access to unemployment benefits 5. You have access to Medicare 6. You won't be allowed to starve unlike millions of people around the world 7. We have a great police force to help us feel safe 8. We don't have any rampant major diseases 9. Our food is safe etc etc
