Not sure what your point is about...who pays expenditure.?

Based on recent statements the company is earning over 8 cents per share.(which is a P/E of 6.5) based on current share price.Most company's are around 10 to 15

Also when the limitations are lifted in the near future this could be around 11 cent mark.( P/E of 5 )

You make it sound like there loosing money??
