John Howard spoke - when NOT allegedly - (actually, according to Michael Smith - he, an ex Victorian copper himself - and supposedly with contacts - all the documents up on his website -) under ongoing investigation, as I write, by the Victorian police.
John Howard was voted in, and reigned well for 11 years. No scandals on HIS doorstep.
