Those with the funds to buy n hold at these levels will stand to gain in 2-3 weeks.
As for those w/o the funds but only trade the stock will have to pay higher SP closer to Oct 1st. Perhaps a SP of 0.096-0.105??
Meanwhile, sit tight. PRR may also surprise earlier. Its the winding of the spring atm.
