Many of us have heard the aces speech. Has anyone considered that he may be holding 5 aces in reference to Rustys comments?


I am disappointed with the contract. Not the possible meaning but the distinct lack of clarity. Of more concern is that it may be that some of the Directors are not aware of the details held within the contracts - isn't that taking the whole nondisclosure issue a little too far?

Its what isn't written and released at the moment that has more concern rather than what is out in the market. They claim to be supplying companies but that does not appear to be reflected strongly in the revenue. Some, me included were hoping that they were already supplying through PO's. The results don't reflect this.

What if the 12 deals before 25 December are merely development agreements where the world is promised but only if other things are met...like FDA approval.

Currently, I am deeply concerned that it may appear that we have to survive the cash burn of 2-4 years or more. Sorry if I am being vague here but I have learned from the best.

Maybe the reason why we are so squeezed with shorts is that the our own insto investors have bought in and are the ones hedging their bets.

I keep hearing and reading things that concern me certainly in the short term...longer term needs the caveat from now on "...if the company survives...[then]...". I still have not heard anything solid to change my view that has developed since Monday.

I hope and will eat a barrow load of humble pie tomorrow morning if I am wrong. My own caveat is that development agreements, working agreements etc DO NOT COUNT AS CONTRACT. I want to see supply contracts and with numbers provided. I don't need to know the product.
