If Glencore come with a takeover bid of 80c I'm sure they'll get 15% of the shares on side, but the remaining 70% (shares they don't own and aren't short term traded) would laugh at them as they're holding for an SP of minimum $2 I would suggest as many weren't even sold off when the SP reach $1.96 last year.
