transformation and timing

Looks like the cut off date for the rights issue will be 29 Sept.

If we assume 6 weeks to pay before cut off that would give enough time for the September quarterly to be released.

SL has indicated strongly that the turnaround in revenue is underway. It would be reasonable to expect this to be prominent in the September quarterly results.

So if we get 6 weeks to settle on the rights issue we should be in a much better position to see if the proof really is in the pudding!

My guess is that the dates have been structured this way for this reason.

It sure would seem to indicate confidence in the next quarterly result.
